About 15 minutes per employee. The course is self-paced, so employees can complete it in a single sitting or split it across breaks. Certificates are issued the same day.

What languages is the training available in?

Finnish and English today. We plan to add more EU languages as we expand beyond Finland.

What happens if an employee fails the final quiz?

They retry at no extra cost. The quiz is designed to confirm understanding rather than gatekeep — most employees pass on the first or second attempt.

Can we cancel? What is the refund policy?

You can cancel any time from inside the platform. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access until then. No pro-rata refunds for the unused portion.

No. The company admin shares one invitation link with the team. Employees click the link, enter a name and email, and start training. No passwords, no setup for IT.
